One Week In

And I'm thinking that homeschooling may not be a long-term solution for us. Big Sissy is soooo motivated and eager to learn. The problem is more that I am not so motivated and not as eager of a teacher. And I have 2 little kids who also need attention. And I'm trying to do publicity for my MOPS group. And I'm trying to start a new business. And my grandpa is very sick and I'm trying to see him on the weekends. The hives are telling me that I won't be able to keep this up for long. I'm praying for wisdom and balance. I didn't make the first payment for preschool because I wasn't going to do it, but now I'm doubting my decision. *sigh*

So that's where I've been. Trying to balance my world on my finger. Suddenly I don't feel in control of this spinning ball. I'm glad that my spinning ball is a tiny little thing on the bigger ball that is humanity on the bigger ball that is the earth on the bigger ball that is God's domain. At least I can rest in that.

I'm so sorry. I know from experience that stress hurts! I'm praying that God will give you clarity of thought in what you should do - the best direction to take. Be blessed and know that you are loved.

What's your business you're starting? Sorry if I'm being nosy!

I'm going to be selling Thirty One Gifts. Look for an invitation soon to a party near you (Busy Momma's having a party on 9/22).

Lots of hugs to you! I know that you are a wise and loving mama, and whatever you ultimately decide will be good for your kids. Even if academics don't get as much of a priority as you would like if you had more time, seeing you care for others (and yourself!) is valuable education, too.

Sis, you do such a wonderful job working with ALL of you children, and Big Sissy is more prepared right now for kindergarten than kids that have already started kindergarten! I know that for a fact. But I also know this is something you really wanted to do this year. I'll pray for wisdom for the right choice & the right doors to open or close soon. Love you!

And you know that I meant to say something warm and meaningful - I was just distracted by being nosy on your business!! You're a fantastic mom/wife/business starter upper and will succeed regardless. Just google it lol!!
