I did, with every step. It's hard knowing how much to let her be independent and when to scream, "No! Get down!" I finally settled on, "Don't go higher than I can reach just in case you need help." It's going to be a long summer. (Try to ignore the cute little butt trying to peek out of the jeans. I can't ever seem to find jeans that fit her right.)

Aww, that picture needs to be framed...the second one, not the behind one. :o) I can't get over how brave she is! Most people would never know it because she comes across as so quiet at first.
Wow! This brings back memories. When I was a kid visiting Grandma Lindsay, up a tree was my favorite place to be. I would take books up there and read; it was so peaceful and "uncity".
She's so cute, and brave! Sis has never had a desire to climb trees, but we had to give Bub the same rule...
My face is flushed and my hands are shaking! What is even more impressive is that you stepped back to take the picture! :) (don't worry I would have too!)
Brave girl!
Very brave (both of you!). As a fellow tree-climber, I am excited to see the next generation experiencing the fun.
She looks so big in these pics - very cute!
