I had to take a health assessment for UPS to get a $50 credit towards our flexible spending plan. I'll do nearly anything for money (within ethical and legal boundaries, of course), so I just spent 20 minutes realizing how lethargic I am. Yikes! I don't even do moderate exercise one time a week right now. Amazing how circumstances have changed my life. There was a time when I was single (and had nothing else to do, apparently) when I worked out for an hour and a half every day, then went for walks with my friends in the evenings. I was good with yogurt and granola for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and salad for dinner. Then I got married, and after a yummy salad for dinner, my husband said, "That was good. Now what's for supper?" Maybe I can blame him for the 15'ish additional pounds (when I'm not pregnant). Anyway...it's a good thing I don't smoke or drink and wear my seatbelt or we may not qualify for insurance. :)
This is a bad time to sign up at the gym, but I am determined to do it once I have this child. Anyone want to join me? I'll try again to motivate you after the holidays are over, I'm recovered, the frozen tundra has thawed outside, etc. In the meantime, Sam's Club has a Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake that looks perfect for Thanksgiving. Yum...

I have no idea what you are talking about! As I am reading your post I am also procrastinating walking! There has to be something good about kids not knowing what they could be doing right now! :)
